Ace Gazette Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions:
1.1 The Website: AceGazette.com.
1.2 The AceGazette.com membership terms and conditions, AceGazette.com use terms and conditions, privacy policy and risk warning document: The rules and regulations, terms and conditions of the AceGazette.com, as amended from time to time and published here and appropriate pages of this website. If existing paying member disagrees with future rules and regulations, terms and conditions change of the AceGazette.com will have right to cancel his/her membership agreement with AceGazette.com.
1.3 Commitment Period: The minimum term you are committing to remain a member of the AceGazette.com from the Start Date of to the commitment period one calendar month (subject to extension if your membership is suspended).
1.4. A rolling one month subscription will grant the payee (from herein referred to as “The Member”) access to AceGazette.com (from herein referred to as “AG”) general website information and full use of the AceGazette forums.

2. Membership:
2.1 By reading and understanding this Membership Terms and Conditions the member agrees to comply with these Terms and
Conditions of Membership and AceGazette.com  terms and conditions and privacy policy.
2.2 You will only be permitted to use the AG facilities provided your membership is current and fully paid up or you have made payment arrangements acceptable to the AG.

3. Membership Categories:
The AG may offer different categories of membership which are set out in the AG subscription payment form.
Your choice of category on joining will determine the fees you pay and any restrictions that may apply to your use of AG facilities.
You may change to any other available subscription category by giving one month’s notice to the AG.

4. Duration:
When you join (subscribe) the AG you are agreeing to remain a member for the Commitment Period. If you choose to pay your membership fees monthly, your AG membership will continue automatically after the Commitment Period end date at the fee rate applicable to your membership type and category of membership at that date, but subject to termination in accordance with paragraph 6.2(b). All membership fees must be paid in advance. In the event of non-payment, your AG Membership will
terminate automatically on expiry of the Commitment Period or subsequent non paid months.
AceGazette provides a digital content. After you register and your payment for the first month processed successfully, you will have full access to AceGazette website. Content you will be accessing worth much greater than first months membership fee. Therefore, you accept that you will not claim back or charge-back first months membership / registration fee. If you have any doubt of the value of the content offered by AceGazette, please do not register and become paid member to AceGazette. After first month you are free to cancel your recurring payment via your payment provider at any time.

5. Fees:
The AG will set the level of fees and will review such fees periodically. The AG reserves the right to
change the level of fees from time to time, but guarantees that your fees will not increase during your Commitment Period.
For any changes to the monthly fee, we will give you at least 30 days written notice for you to accept new fee schedule or terminate your membership.
5.1 If your payment provider fails to make a due recurring payment from your account, we will write to advise you of this.
5.2 Should any membership fees not be paid within the due date, your membership to AG will terminate automatically.

6. Termination:
6.1 Termination by the AG
We may terminate this agreement in the following circumstances:
(a) if you commit a serious or repeated breach of this agreement or the AG’s rules of membership.
(b) If any part of your membership fee remains unpaid.
(c) If you provide us with details which you know to be false when applying for membership and the false declaration would have reasonably affected our decision to grant you membership.
(d) All members regardless of their status will be expected to moderate themselves.  Any trolling, dramas or general nastiness will not be tolerated and any such behavior may result in the immediate termination of The Member’s account
The decision by AG to terminate any member’s account will be final
If we terminate for any of these reasons, we reserve the right to retain a proportion of the money paid under this agreement, to cover any reasonable costs incurred.
6.2 Termination by you
You may terminate this agreement in the following circumstances:
(a) You can give notice to terminate at any point during the Commitment Period but this cannot end your membership before the end of the Commitment Period.
(b) Outside the commitment period you may terminate your membership by cancelling your recurring payment agreement at your payment provider.
(c) You may terminate this agreement if and when membership terms and conditions changed and you do not agree to changes.

7. Restriction of Liability:
All AG content, articles and documents are written for educational purposes only. By no means do any of its contents recommend, advocate or urge the buying, selling or holding of any financial instrument whatsoever. Trading and Investing involves high levels of risk. The AG and it's authors expresses personal opinions and will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for the actions of the reader. The AG authors may or may not have positions in Financial Instruments discussed in AG. Future results can be dramatically different from the opinions expressed herein. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Please read our Risk Warning document.

8. Sale of AG:
In the event of the sale or disposal of the AG to another company or to any other person we may transfer your membership to the new owner and you will continue as a member of the AG and continue to pay your membership fees provided no changes to these terms or the AG rules having a material adverse effect on your use of the AG are made by the new owner. Any such disposal will not affect your contractual or statutory rights.

9. In addition to above Ace Gazette's "Terms of Use" - "Risk Warning" - "Privacy Policy" will apply.
